Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is , contactable at hello@spanishbycelia.com. Our full fiscal details are provided at the point of purchase and on invoices.

What we collect and why

• When you apply or contact us: your name, email, level and the goals you tell us, so Celia can arrange your free call and place you in the right group. Basis: your consent and steps prior to a contract.
• When you become a student: booking, class and billing information needed to run the service. Basis: performance of our contract and legal obligations (invoicing).
• When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email, with double opt-in. Basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Usage analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics that never identify you (see the cookie policy). Basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.

Who we share it with

Only the processors we need to run the service: email delivery (Brevo), payments (PayPal), video calls and calendar (Google), and our own self-hosted hosting and analytics. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose above, and as long as the law requires for invoices and tax. Analytics data is aggregated and retained on a rolling window.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing, by emailing hello@spanishbycelia.com. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
